2. Service Description & Credential Provision
NovaVisonIPTV provides digital subscription credentials (Xtream Codes API server URL, username, and password) intended for use with third-party media players. NovaVisonIPTV does not develop or distribute proprietary client applications on device app stores. Users are responsible for procuring compatible third-party players on their devices.
3. Device Connections & Simultaneous Streams
Standard subscription plans permit usage on one active connection at a time unless a multi-connection plan is explicitly purchased. Concurrent streaming from multiple devices under a single-connection account will trigger an automated server lock to protect network security.
4. Network Performance & ISP Responsibilities
Smooth 4K HDR playback requires a minimum stable connection speed of 25–50 Mbps. NovaVisonIPTV is not responsible for playback interruptions caused by local Wi-Fi interference, ISP bandwidth throttling, or local router hardware limitations.
5. Refund & Guarantee Policy
