This error occurs when the player cannot connect to the server URL. Check for typos in the URL or enable User-Agent string 'IPTVSmartersPro' in settings.
2. Black Screen with Audio
If you hear sound but see no video, switch the Video Decoder setting from Software (SW) to Hardware (HW) in player preferences.
